The program is led by Dr. Vered Resnick from the Hebrew University and Dr. Yael Golan from Kibbutzim College. At each partner institution, the program is headed by a member of the academic faculty. The staff also includes program alumni who are involved in activities and take part in building a growing alumni community. The program is accompanied by an advisory committee of educators from both academia and the field.
