Who Are We?

Yotzrim Atid is a national program dedicated to cultivating the next generation of educators, and empowering future teachers to nurture the development of an engaged, critical civil society.
Our learning community brings together education students from all sectors of Israeli society to create a shared educational space. Together, we work to shape our social landscape and strengthen the fabric of our coexistence in this country.
The program operates in the spirit of the State Education Law and its vision: to educate young people to cherish humanity and the people and land of Israel.

Guiding Principles
Hope-Based Education

We aim to develop the capacity to imagine a better future, and we act based on the belief that meaningful change is always possible, even in the complex reality of life in Isarel.

Action-Based Connection

We prioritize joint action with a tangible purpose as a way of creating connections and establishing trust and understanding between people from different sectors.

Cultivating Civic Identity

We strive to establish a shared civic identity rooted in the democratic contract as a basis for building connections, partnership, and true civic responsibility.

The Moments

Yotzrim Atid was established following October 7th. In days of pain and searching for meaning, we chose to act within the field of education. This song marked the way for us.

The font is based on the handwriting of the late Noam Abramovitz, to whom Israeli society was so important. Noam fell on October 7th, 2023, at the Nahal Oz outpost. In her light and memory, we will continue to dream and make an impact. The “Ot Chayim” (Life Letter) initiative.
