Noa is head of the “Rom” Excellence in Education program and the Teaching Certification Program in Ramla at Levinsky-Wingate Academic College. A staff member of the Mandel IDF Educational Leadership Program at the Mandel Leadership Institute, she retired from the IDF in 2016 after serving in various roles in the Education and Youth Corps. She holds a PhD from the School of Education at Ben-Gurion University, where her doctoral thesis explored how young men and women in Israel interpret the concept of citizenship and how they feel and act as citizens. She teaches courses in the philosophy and sociology of education, educational leadership, and educational activism. She is a partner in Yotzrim Atid based on the belief that outstanding education students are, first and foremost, involved and tolerant citizens who strive to improve Israeli society. She lives in Hod HaSharon.
