Graduates of Yotzrim Atid can continue in the program through a track focused on developing educational-civic leadership. In this track, they help lead activities in various institutions and inter-institutional activities, mentor new cohorts, and continue to develop their professional identity as educational and civic leaders. The alumni participating in this track form the basis of a national network of educators working to strengthen democratic culture in Israel through education.
