Lead Faculty, Hemdat Academic College
Tami is coordinator of the Practicum and Social Involvement programs at Hemdat Academic College and lecturer in the “Rom” Excellence in Education program. A graduate of the Avney Rosha Institute’s school leadership program, she holds a master’s degree in educational systems management and organization. As an academic pedagogical instructor, she facilitates courses for new teachers and mentors within the Induction into Teaching unit. Specializing in at-risk youth, she is also an instructor for learning centers in youth villages and boarding schools, and for the Ministry of Education’s Rural Education Administration. In Yotzrim Atid, she works to promote education for responsibility, partnership, and hope within Israeli society. She lives in Even Shmuel.
