Miki Ofir

Lead Faculty, Levinsky-Wingate Academic College
Miki is a lecturer and researcher at Levinsky-Wingate Academic College, and founded and led the REGEV Excellence Program at the Wingate campus. A PhD candidate in the Faculty of Education in Science and Technology at the Technion, she holds a master’s degree in exercise physiology from Tel Aviv University, and a second master’s degree in education systems development, with a specialization in teaching, learning, and instruction, from the University of Haifa. She trains physical education teachers and teaches courses in leadership, education and society, group facilitation, and teaching simulations. Her work with Yotzrim Atid is based on the principle that: “The depth of a person’s involvement in an action determines the depth of the action’s meaning to them” (Yigal Allon). She lives in Hadera.
