Yael is a member of the Faculty of Education at Kibbutzim College and co-founder of Yotzrim Atid A graduate of the third cohort of the Mandel Program for Academic Leadership in Teacher Education, she holds a master’s degree and a PhD in education from the University of Cambridge, England. Her work focuses on multiculturalism, identity development, and social-emotional learning (SEL) skills. Via Yotzrim Atid, she is fulfilling her dream of “doing something real” so that her children can inhabit a more just, inclusive, and equal society. She lives in Hod HaSharon.
