Graduates of Yotzrim Atid can continue in the program through a track focused on developing educational-civic leadership. In this track, they take part in leading activities across various institutions and inter-institutional spaces, mentor new cohorts, and continue to develop their professional identity as educational and civic leaders. The alumni participating in this track form the infrastructure for a national network of educators working to strengthen democratic culture in Israel through education.
