Leading Faculty, Hemdat Academic College Coordinator of Practicum and Social Involvement at Hemdat Academic College and lecturer in the “Rom – Excellence in Education” program. A graduate of the Avney Rosha Institute’s school leadership program, she holds an M.A. in Educational Systems Management and Organization. An academic pedagogical instructor, she facilitates courses for new teachers and mentors within the Induction into Teaching unit. Specializing in at-risk youth, she guides learning centers in youth villages and boarding schools, and serves as an instructor for “Marom” in the Ministry of Education’s Rural Education Administration. In “Creating Our Future,” she works to promote education for responsibility, partnership, and hope within Israeli society. Lives in Even Shmuel.
