Leading Faculty, Hemdat Academic College Head of the Leadership and Resilience Unit and Head of the “Rom – Excellence in Education” program at Hemdat Academic College. A graduate of the second cohort of the Mandel Program for Academic Leadership. A lecturer in the Literature and Education departments, she trains school principals in their induction phase and researches education in a changing reality, with an emphasis on new teachers and the narratives of beginning principals. Previously, she served as Head of the Education Department at Hemdat and as Director of “Marom,” a school for gifted and outstanding students in Ashdod. She holds a PhD from the Department of Comparative Literature at Bar-Ilan University. In “Creating Our Future,” she sees a platform for outstanding students to spark change in the educational system and shape Israeli society. Lives in Modi’in-Maccabim-Re’ut.
