Dr. Noa Ben Yosef

Leading Faculty, Levinsky-Wingate Academic Center Head of the “Rom – Excellence in Education” program and the Teaching Certification Program in Ramla at the Levinsky-Wingate Academic Center. A staff member at the Mandel Institute within the Educational Leadership Development program in the IDF. She retired from the IDF in 2016 after serving in various roles in the Education and Youth Corps. She holds a PhD from the School of Education at Ben-Gurion University; her doctoral thesis explored how young men and women in Israel interpret the concept of citizenship and how they feel and act as citizens. She teaches courses in the Philosophy and Sociology of Education, Educational Leadership, and Educational Activism. She is a partner in “Creating Our Future” out of the belief that excellent education students are, first and foremost, involved and tolerant citizens who strive to improve Israeli society. Lives in Hod HaSharon.
